By accessing and using the AIFAA Football Analytics Platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AIFAA provides a football analytics platform that allows authorized users to upload, analyze, and visualize football match data including tracking data, video footage, and derived metrics.

3. User Registration and Accounts

Access to the Service is invitation-only. You must have a valid invitation code to register. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Data Ownership and Usage

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. By uploading data, you grant AIFAA a license to process, store, and analyze the data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and your organization.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Upload data you do not have the rights to use
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-uploaded data), is owned by AIFAA and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AIFAA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.
